Algort Technologies was founded in New Delhi in 2001 with a sole vision of creating new jobs for the talented Indian youth. “Making people learn fishing rather than looking for fish was the motive behind establishing this organization,” says Naveen Verma, MD, Algort Technologies.

The organization believes that integrity, ethics and commitment leads to responsible and accountable actions. This they feel makes their success more visible. Moreover, Algort sticks to doing business in a fair manner without attempting to swindle their customers. “Sticking to our commitment under all circumstances make us fare better and that is the key differentiator between us and our competition,” believes Verma. Algort’s constant endeavor is to provide product-independent and efficient solutions at remarkable prices. “Our value system enables us to remain true to our core identity, even while stimulating change and growth in everything else,” he adds.

To achieve improved efficiency, Algort strives to give a human touch when dealing with customers, vendors, and employees and not restrict itself to formal business practices. Verma emphasizes, “Taking responsibility and accountability for everything an individual does create a transparent atmosphere that boosts the employee’s confidence and satisfaction.”

This IT infrastructure solutions provider does not believe in manipulating its numbers in order to fool either its vendors or clients. Talking about how they managed to achieve a 40 percent growth in these tough times, Verma optimistically says, “Recession affects those who live chasing their wants and desires. It does not affect those who live on their needs. We spend on our needs and invests in our employees and customers to gain unmatched loyalty that gives a life-changing experience to both employees and clients.”
