Started off as a solution provider in 1995, Dhanush Infosol has come a long way. From a one-man company, the organization today boasts of an employee count of 40+. “As I had worked in the industry before starting Dhanush, I knew how the market worked. Dhanush focused on solutions right from the start, as we felt providing solutions would help us gain foothold in the market,” says Naveen Kumar, CTO, Dhanush Infosol.
Continuing to clock growth during recession isn’t the only thing that sets Dhanush apart from other SIs. “We provide a single-window IT infrastructure to our clients, and don’t concentrate merely on selling our solutions. We try to understand the clients’ needs and help them achieve their business goals by deploying the right solutions. For example, a client may want their networking upgraded, if it is slow. But after our investigation if we find that the problem lies elsewhere, we suggest solutions accordingly. We also provide consultation to them on budgeting, resources scalability, optimum utilization, technology revamp etc.,” says Anil.
However, being in sync with clients’ needs alone does not ensure smooth sailing, and Dhanush has had its fair share of tough implementations. Dhanush gives priority to customer satisfaction. The company believes that its client’s growth is synonymous with its own. To prevent problems during implementation, Dhanush tests solutions by creating the environment of clients’ premises. “We use all the solutions internally before selling them to customers. We have a dedicated PoC team,” says Naveen. Even in situations where there may be a delay from the vendor side, Dhanush has ensured arrangements such as rentals and resource sharing for clients to ensure business continuity.
Even in the time of the slowdown, Dhanush is planning on taking IMS to the international level, and has signed joint ventures with companies in Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Singapore. “There are many opportunities opening up during recession as companies are looking at increasing productivity and cost-cutting solutions. We are looking at partners across the globe to tap these opportunities,” says Anil.
