Promptness and delivery on time has been the company’s unique selling point. “These two qualities have been ingrained in every employee. This has helped us achieve repeat business from 90 percent of our customers,” says Ashish Tandon, CEO, IndusFace Consulting.
While all services are delivered through its certified and experienced team of information security experts, Indusface has partnerships with global security vendors for large turnkey solutions requiring specialized hardware/software. The company has implemented different strategies to gain businesses. This was achieved by encompassing a niche range of information security-related solutions and services, he adds.
The company’s journey began by partnering with Sify as its franchise and business development partner for Vadodara, Gujarat. Like any other startup, the company too had its share of challenges. “The first big order was from a global pharma company. We performed a security audit successfully and the customer was satisfied too. Eventually, this helped us earn more orders from this customer,” says Tandon. With a 50+ team of certified information security professionals, the company drives a training sponsorship program whereby all employees are urged to undertake training/certification program every year. This is done at the company’s cost to enhance their skills and knowledge, he says.
According to Tandon, information security is one area which is gradually becoming a must-have in every organization. The company plans to grow into a 100 people company with added presence at New Delhi, Dubai/Riyadh, Ottawa, and Houston within the next 12 months.
