An established player in the networking and network security domain, Delhi-headquartered RAH Infotech has its core strength in enabling and securing the networks of enterprise cusotmers. “In today’s cut throat market scenario, it is very important to understand the customer pain areas and make sure that you address them to the maximum levels. We have single minded focus on response, reducing the pain areas of the customers and be there with them at the time of need,” says Ashok Kumar, MD, RAH Infotech. Our biggest differentiator is focus on right technologies, lightning fast product and project deliveries, onsite response and replacement services, he adds.

The company registered a whopping 75 percent growth last fiscal. “The services and support capabilities ensured high double digit growth and we would double service revenues in next two years,” says Kumar. The core technical team of RAH Services Group promises excellent strengths in installation and maintenance of network security technologies to their customers. With current networks growing, manageability is becoming costlier and difficult, according to Kumar.

Services business ensured healthy bottom line and provided enough funds to invest in new expansion plans, he says. The company added Value Added Distribution business line and aligning with UTM brand Astaro as an exclusive India distributor. Astaro solutions provide a flexibility of deployment as appliance, software or a virtual appliance and the response from our enterprise customers and partners has been fantastic, he informs.

With major revenues from SMB (50 percent) and mid market (40 percent), the success mantra is offering most optimum solutions and products at right price and excellent after sales support. The new alliance with SMC Networks will further help the company to dominate this growing market.

By year end, the company will add branches in Chennai, Calcutta, and Shimla. Computer forensics, AV, Tokens, Application specific security, MSP services and solutions, cloud enabling technologies and businesses related to services are on our radar in near future, he says. The pan India presence, focus on services, enterprise customers and value added distribution has provided an impetus for 50 percent growth for next year, says Kumar.
