McAfee Announces New Accreditation And Recognition Program For Indian Partners

McAfee introduced the McAfee SecurityAlliance Accredited Channel Engineer (ACE) Program in India.  The program is aimed at enhancing technical skills of its channel partners and recognizes partners through testing and validation of their technical skills and knowledge of McAfee products through online exams and hands-on lab training.  Offered to channel sales engineers at no cost, the program focuses on specific areas of McAfee security technology and enables partners to differentiate themselves in the market place to drive winning Proof of Concept projects with their customers.

The accreditation allows partners to enjoy increased incentives and rewards from McAfee. Partners with ACE resources will receive preferential allocation of McAfee marketing funds to assist their lead generation programs. Individual sales engineers who have successfully achieved the ACE status will qualify to receive a one-time reward and multiplier reward points from McAfee.

Accreditation will give our channel SEs measurable technical knowledge of McAfee products and official recognition of their expertise.”

The ACE program builds on the new McAfee channel program structure which was announced in 2010 and provides sales executives with lab creation assistance, demo enablement as well as proof of concept training.
