Data Infosys Limited (DIL) was set up in Jaipur by Ajay Kumar Data in 1999. By doing so he created a name for himself in the community of solution providers.

Talking about DIL’s current focus “Primarily our business is focused in India but since we are having the clients globally for our email xgenplus and antispam SPAMJADOO services, we are expanding internationally also,” says Nitin Walia, Director Sales, DIL.

Sharing the secret of surviving in such a competitive market, Walia says, “Our unique selling point lies in providing 24x7 instant, faster, convenient, and continuous response. These are not provided at some premium cost but at economical charges, which saves costs in the long term. We don’t compromise but stand strongly committed towards our high quality standard. These principles help us retain our customer, which is a key contributing factor in our success story.”

The other important guiding principle is thirst for learning. Walia believes in one key aspect. “One factor which is most important for the business is thrust on learning and keeping oneself well aware and updated about the technologies, services and products. He substantiates, “For that you have to keep some time for learning and grooming yourself.”

Interestingly, necessity is the mother of the invention seems to be exactly the reason for Walia to diversify. The diversification came from their own need to address internal business requirements. “Gradually we realized that the products what we are looking are the need for all large organizations, and hence we offered to develop for them as well. Today our products Spamjadoo and Xgenplus make us realize that somewhere in India when everyone was busy working for other international brands, our decision for establishing and making a product was right,” says Walia.

Quality standards, benchmarking, and best practices are some of the most important differentiators that Data Infosys claim that has enabled them to gain an edge in the market place. Riding on quality and process excellence has helped them achieve customer and employee satisfaction, which is equally important. This has also contributed in building the next level of business leadership. From a modest beginning to towering success, DIL has passed through many phases in attaining excellence. “We always believe in giving value for money to our customers and never believed in short-term gains. For us, customers are like peers, and we are committed to serve by offering quality products, follow ethical business practices, and have dedicated professional team to take the business relations all over world.”

Opening his cards of the future, Walia dreams of dishing out more products made in india for the domestic market. He says, “Our dreams are to deliver more and more products from India by Indians and for Indians.”
