GN Netcom has integrated the Jabra Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter with Polycom’s unified collaboration platform, enabling remote operation of wireless headsets. Users can hear ring tones, answer and end calls, adjust the volume and mute the call, all while up to 350 feet away from their phone. This not only increases productivity, but reduces fatigue by providing a hands-free ergonomic solution to IP telephony.

In addition to platform API’s provided to developers, the Polycom ARENA offers a number of marketing and sales tools for business development managers as well as marketing and sales professionals via an online portal. These tools help partners speed up time-to-market for their innovative unified collaborative solutions as well as broaden the reach to customers worldwide.
