Prasa Infocom has come a long way in adapting new strategies to the ever-evolving market. After a robust establishment in the Data Centre, the company moved to the precision air cooling business. It was only an added advantage since Prasa is backed by Emerson, a pioneer in PAC products. So the USP is that the company can cover both power and cooling solutions. As part of their package, installation and services became a crucial part of their offerings. Having the support from Emerson (pioneer in PAC products) we were able to transform from power solutions provider company to more of critical space management company. We signed a separate partnership agreement with our principles for doing this business with installation & services being delivered directly from our side. This was our strategic transformation of business where we did not have to change the principles nor the customer focus and still maintain margins.
