Delhi headquartered Arrow PC Network and its team are focusing on digital transformation since past couple of years. The systems integrator and IT services company expects to double its revenues this fiscal over the last fiscal ending in March 2018, backed by good growth on digital technologies especially around datacenter modernization. 

Datacenter business is a big focus for Arrow PC Network. “We are modernizing datacenters of our customers with the major focus on hyperconverged infrastructure and datacenter in a box. DC modernization (including networking) practice contributes one third of company’s revenues,” says Gurpreet Singh Bhatia, managing director, Arrow PC Network.

Modern SI companies that are now transforming as IT service integrators in the digital era are offering technology solutions along with services like security, cloud, data management, which are integrated into IT infra of the customer, he adds.

Arrow PC Network is the titanium partner for Dell EMC and this alliance is a major contributor to Arrow’s business. Implementing solutions and services of DELL EMC contributes more than half of Arrow’s overall revenues, informs Gurpreet. 

Besides Dell EMC, Arrow has strong alliances with Cisco as a select partner and as an enterprise partner with VMware and Commvault. In the security space, it partners with SonicWALL as gold partner besides alliances with Netmagic (an NTT Company), Microsoft and others.

DC modernization business unit at Arrow is expected to witness over hundred percent growth this fiscal over the past fiscal. The company added new BU or skillsets in 2018 across datacenter modernization, cybersecurity, audio-video, wireless and services. They are the key drivers of growth for cross sell as well as the new customer acquisition as per Gurpreet.

Arrow team approaches the end customers for implementing solutions through separate BUs and practices. “We have BU specialists, supporting the sales function to provide solution centric approach and cross sell solutions. Our project managers are subject matter experts and handle projects from pre sales up till the deployment and then final sign off,” he adds.

Into 2019

Arrow PC Network has a strong base in NCR, with capabilities to support customers PAN India.” We have recently executed projects in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Haridwar and Sikkim. The top verticals for us include Retail, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Telecom and BFSI,” he adds.

The SI Company witnessed good growth in network and network security business in 2018. The plan is to grow revenues in this domain s as we are moving towards an era of software defined everything and networking will surely pick up in the similar manner, says Gurpreet.

Arrow plans to strengthen its networking portfolio with Cisco as it is the largest and strongest OEM with a complete stack of networking products. We are working closely with Cisco to increase our reach in the marketplace by building more technical strength in networking domain, he adds.

Arrow PC Network will continue to focus on DC modernization, multi cloud, data/cybersecurity, wireless and mobility in 2019.
