With top guns across the board hurtling towards a winning digital roadmap, the need of the hour is to figure out a successful digital strategy. And in his address at the ChannelWorld Premier 100 summit, Ganesh Natarajan did just that.
The author of nine books and a sought-after speaker at national and international forums, he believes in the triple bottom line approach to management and leadership.
“In your business, if you can pivot a little and look at it from an empathetic point of view, my belief is that you can be much more successful.”
Founder of 5F World and Chairman of NASSCOM
Natarajan, in his talk, addressed the seldom answered question: What actually makes Digital India tick?
“In your business, if you can pivot a little and look at it from an empathetic point of view, my belief is that you can be much more successful,” said Natarajan.
In his role as the Chairman of the NASSCOM, Natarajan said that his prime objective is to make Digital India happen in a very different context. “We implement the National Digital Literacy Mission, and the basic premise is at least one member of a family should be digitally literate,” he said.
“I don’t think that mobility and social media will take the digital world by storm, but people will start deriving those little, but impactful benefits,” opined Natarajan.
“If you are the hero to help a customer get it right, technology will automatically happen. So, don’t think about technology, think transformation,” concluded Natarajan.Natarajan emphasized on the need for people to realize that deep learning and AI can create so many new jobs for people in the IT space.
