How do you see your business growth in 2019? Where do you see growth come from?

We are at the cusp of major economic transformation. It is expected that India will become a USD 5 trillion economy over the period of next five to seven years. Technology is going to be a key enabler of this growth. Trends like rapid urbanization, internet penetration, millennial demographics and digital transformation will have considerable impact on businesses in 2019.

For HP, the key growth areas will be driven by mass consumerization, digital transformation of enterprises, SMBs and education sector. We will continue to focus on innovation and delivering customer-centric products.

... We will work in close collaboration with our partners to provide better services and experiences to the customers. By listening to the customers, leveraging their insights, and collaborating on outcomes, we will build stronger businesses and create new successes.

We will strengthen our core segments of PCs and printers across consumer and commercial segments, expand in growth areas of gaming and premium, and drive greater adoption of future-ready propositions like 3D printing. We will work closely with SMBs, startups, government and large enterprises to enable their journey for digital transformation.

What are the challenges, if any, that you anticipate?

According to IDC, the global PC market shipment has declined in the last quarter, Q4 2018. However, we believe that India market will continue to grow at healthy rate, fueled by government initiatives like Digital India. We are optimistic about the business potential in India spurred by wider adoption of technology on all fronts.

Which are the priority areas in which you plan to assist channel partners this year?
