Adit Microsys has charted out a clear digital transformation business strategy to help it grow over the next 5-10 years. There are several aspects in the strategy, but all of them together have a single focus of delivering maximum value to customers from their IT investments.  

The key strategies are detailed below: 
 
1. The “small” customer: There are a large number of MSME organizations in various verticals, with a user base of 50 to 100.  Many of these organizations struggle to get the right mix of IT investments. They also are short on right kind of resources to make IT decisions.  Adit Microsys plans to deliver complete solutions to such organizations, with the right mix of cloud, hardware, open source software and established, proven brand software.  

2. Deep Enterprise Connect: Medium and large enterprises, with large teams of in-house IT resources, present a marketing and engagement challenge to solution providers.  The company has decided to focus only on a few close accounts and increase penetration in such accounts with multiple solutions supported by its team.  

3. Differentiate with overwhelming strengths in core solution areas: As a long-term growth strategy, the company has decided to reach out to enterprise customers outside Gujarat, first in 1-2 metro cities, with clear positioning of its strength areas.
